these processes using IDEF0 diagrams – with all necessary levels of
decomposition

Describe these
processes – processes proper, their subprocesses, inputs, outputs, controls,
personnel and tools

Develop valuation
models for all corporate processes and a KPI system for each process
5.
Analyze visual models, descriptions, valuation
models and KPI values for each process and estimate process performance –
financial, operational and aggregate
