Oleg Cheremnykh (Lions) holds an M.S. degree in theoretical nuclear physics from Moscow Engineering & Physics Institute (at the time one of the leading academic and research institutions in the world) and an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Oleg has extensive experience in investment banking (corporate finance) and in strategic management consulting. He authored 50+ articles and published two books on strategic management of businesses and other organizations. Currently Oleg is a freelance instructor and consultant in strategic corporate management.

Oleg has developed a radically new corporate management methodology – Organization Description Language (ODL) and its editions (‘dialects’) for business entities (Business Description Language - BDL); government entities (GDL), non-profits (NDL), etc.

Based on ODL and its dialects, Oleg has developed a whole set of ‘corporate cockpit’ tools and technologies and a software product – Quantum Leap Workbench (QLWW). He has just completed a 450-page book Blueprint for a Quantum Leap: A Comprehensive Business Analysis Guide that can be used either as a companion to this software or as a stand-alone guide to maximizing corporate performance.
