CBA - Corporate Culture

1.      Obtain (or develop) the description of corporate culture

2.      Identify the actual corporate culture

3.      Determine if declared corporate culture matches the actual one

4.      Determine how well declared and actual cultures match the ‘ideal’ corporate culture of a ‘perfect’ company (in terms of performance and financial value maximization)


5.      Determine how well your corporate culture matches your KEF, DCI, mission and vision statements and your human capital management strategy
