CBA - Communication Section

1.      Develop a list of all corporate communications channels (Web site, mobile apps, etc.) and communications campaigns

2.      Obtain detailed descriptions of corporate communication channels and campaigns

3.      Identify missing channels and campaigns that need to be added

4.      Identify redundant channels and campaigns that need to be removed

5.      Develop valuation models for communication campaigns and channels

6.      Develop KPI system for communication campaigns and channels


7.      Analyze descriptions, valuation models and KPI values for communication campaigns and channels
