CCCol project is structured as a blog - http://cccollaborative.blogspot.ru/. This blog. Which will be subsequently converted into an e-book with a working title: ‘Corporate Cockpit: A Comprehensive Guide to Maximizing Corporate Performance’ to be disseminated and used freely by the global business management community.

Each blog post will include both the section of the book (text plus visual diagrams and/or pictures) and downloadable free tools for measuring, analyzing and maximizing the aggregate performance of your company.

I started this project to provide business managers worldwide with FREE guidelines, tools and inspiration to radically increase corporate performance and hence the financial value of their companies. And thus to no less radically change the world of corporate management. For the better.
